Imagine.

There is a lot of talk about the senseless loss of life. In the Ukraine. In Gaza. In our own cities.

I really don't know what to say about it all, but the lyrics of John Lennon say it best. Written 43 years ago, it has never been more relevant.

I will leave you with these lyrics.

Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today...

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one

Imagine no possessions
I wonder if you can
No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one

May you all have a blessed weekend. Hugs to you all.

  1. Dear God, just let out a diatribe about ALL of this today to a fellow colleague. So sad. Teach many International children. The photo of the three boys skipping on the beach in Palestine (moments before the missile attack) is heart breaking. I know there are two sides to every story, but that one got me. :((((((
